Based on your answers, Clear30 builds a tailored experience — daily videos, meditations, journal prompts, and AI-driven conversations that adapt to you. You’ll also receive dynamic text messages and notifications based on how you’re progressing. It’s not a one-size-fits-all program — everything is shaped by what you share during onboarding.

Clear30 is a subscription-based app. An annual subscription is $39.99/year, and lifetime access is available for $119.99.

The original Clear30 program is 30 days long, and you can repeat it as many times as you’d like. After your initial break, longer-term programs — including mindful use, moderation, and long-term quitting pathways — can last up to a year, with new content continually being added.
